Hello

I do not know anythink about official IPv6 in IPv6 implementations but you 
can look on the www.mipl.mediapoli.com Internet site. There is a 
implementation of Mobile IP and they use IPv6 in IPv6 tunneling. 

seach for the program part mipv6_encapsulate_ipv6 in the patch file

May be its helpful for your implementation.
