how page cache is disabled in kernel?

Hi,

I have added kernel modules to kernel and page cache usage shot up
sharply(>300mb) after 24 hours run. kmalloc/kfree is used in modules.
while page cache usage is not necessary bad thing, I just wonder why
adding modules will increase page cache? How does orignal kernel turn of
the page cache? Any help is needed. Thank you.
