About IPv6

Hi guys,

Is anyone here playing with IPv6 programming? I have some questions to
ask:

1. Does the current kernel or any other existing kernel supports the
call ioctl(SIOCGIFINDEX)?
2. Any kernel with a struct in6_ifreq that is very much similar to
struct ifreq?
3. Does NETLINK supports IPv6?
4. Where can I find the information on the various NETLINK options? I
looked at the header files but there is not much description there.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
Jon.
