Re: follow-up to /proc files

If the intel8x0 author wanted the irq option to be configurable s/he 
would have allowed you to insmod it with a module parameter. In that 
case, in /etc/modules.conf you should add the line
"options intel8x0 irq=9" and re-insmod. If this doesn't work, too bad, 
the author didn't expect it to be configurable.
