Hello, I 3com ADSL PCI Modem (product code 3CP3617b). I have not been able to find Linux driver for this card and would like to write one up myself. I asked 3com for specs and they declined the request. I got following information from the chips on the card. ALCATEL 2840 Dynamite 0024 C1477 ARM, MTC-20147TQ-C, Hyundai TC-7 In /proc/pci, the card is recongnized as ATM network controller: PCI device 1064:1101 (Alcatel). My question is, does enough knowledge exist about Alcatel card in open source to write Linux driver for it. Any comments, any suggestions. -- Usman S.
