Thanks Pablo.  Is this the right logic to use for all kernels?

- if /proc/sys/net/bridge/bridge-nf-call-iptables doesn't exist
  - modprobe br_netfilter
- echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/bridge/bridge-nf-call-iptables
