H.323 or E.164 Extension

Hi, I'm an audio visual systems engineer researching netfilter for use as an H.323 router.

Is it possible to configure netfilter to route an inbound H.323 call to a private IP based on the H.323 or E.164 extension entry? I'd expect to reconfigure iptables on the fly by reading an extension and private IP address out of a text file. I'm using ubuntu edgy (kernel 2.6.17-10)with Polycom PVX, Polycom VSX7000, and Tandberg MPX6000 systems. Thank you.
