h323 + netfilter on linux 2.6 kernel

Hi everybody,  I have one problema with dell poweredge 850 servers.
When I compile linux kernel 2.6.16 with netfilter its works, but when
i apply the patch of h323 protocol i have kernel panic. Kernel not
sync. This servers have a NIC with tg3 module.

if someone can help me, please send me one link or a way that i can
solve this problem,
