Hi! I found the problem. Some compiler flags were set in environment: CPPFLAGS / CFLAGS = -s -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -Wall -malign-functions=4 -malign-double -march=pentiumpro -fexpensive-optimizations With unsetting these variables I have a working iptables version.
