That's not really accurate..  tc, ip and company aren't actually
interfaces to netfilter, iptables is.  LARTC also discusses ipsec stuff
more than is seen on these lists.  I don't know what happened to the
LARTC list but in general I do feel it's a seperate set of topics from
what's discussed here.
