AIM - ReAim - Is this the right path?

Hello,

I am trying to install ReAim as a proxy to allow AIM connections behind my 
iptables firewall running on FC2.  Is ReAim the only path to accomplish 
this or is there some other way?  Any pointers woiuld be appreciated.
