the pptp-conntrack-nat is part of POM in the "extra" suite.  if you're running RH9, you won't have much luck with pom-ng, but you should be able to patch/compile from the older pom located at:

	http://netfilter.org/files/patch-o-matic-20031219.tar.bz2

read the README, and have at it.
