Iptables, NAT and Netmeeting

Hi, i have to use netmeeting from a LAN computer under a Linux box with
iptables and NAT.

I'm using a 2.4.22 Kernel and i read i need the ip_conntrack_h323 and
ip_nat_h323 modules.

My question are:

- how can i get that modules? or the source and compile?
- next version of kernel or next RedHat distribution already contains that
modules?
