At the risk of shameless self promotion,
www.cyborgworkshop.com/files/halon.iso is one that Im starting.  supports
vlans and string matching and all that fun stuff.  25meg iso, only needs a
RW media to store your site specific config file (around 32k, so a floppy
works) or you can just tweak the iso before you burn it to not need any rw
media at all.  Only runs on pentium (not K6) machines right now.
