redirecting specific ip on another route(gw)

I have setup another gw. 10.0.0.2 (Cisco)
Now i want all my local ip, all 10.0.0.x when they access 203.190.77.x they
will go out using gw 10.0.0.2 is this possible? Even 10.0.0.2 is not on my
interface?
