NASA SCIENCE ON DISPLAY AT AMERICAN GEOPHYSICAL UNION MEETING

WASHINGTON -- NASA researchers will present new findings on a wide 
range of Earth and space science topics during the 2008 fall meeting 
of the American Geophysical Union. The meeting runs from Monday, Dec. 
15, through Friday, Dec. 19, at San Francisco's Moscone Convention 
Center at 747 Howard St. 

News briefings held during the meeting will feature the latest results 
from NASA missions studying Mars, the moons of the solar system's 
outer planets, Earth's protective magnetic field and the changing 
face of the Arctic. In addition, NASA scientists and their colleagues 
using NASA research capabilities will present noteworthy findings 
during scientific sessions that are open to registered media 
representatives.
