NASA'S CLOUDSAT AND CALIPSO LAUNCH RESCHEDULED

The launch of NASA's CloudSat and CALIPSO (Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and 
Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations) was rescheduled for 
Tuesday, April 25. Launch is set for 6:02 a.m. EDT from Vandenberg 
Air Force Base, Calif. Launch commentary on NASA TV starts at 4 a.m. 
EDT. 

The weather forecast calls for a 90 percent probability of acceptable 
launch conditions. 

Media covering the launch on Tuesday should meet at the Vandenberg 
main gate at 5 a.m. EDT (2 a.m. PDT) for escort to the press site. 
Media needing accreditation for launch should call Staff Sgt. Allen 
Puckett at (805) 606-3595 at the 30th Space Wing Public Affairs 
Office.
