Robots Roll: Teams Compete in NASA Robot Challenge

Follow competition action live on @NASAPrize as 21 teams from diverse backgrounds compete in NASA’s Sample Return Robot Challenge. The goal: to get an autonomous robot to locate, collect and return a specific sample to a designated zone. This robot contest is one way NASA encourages innovation to enhance its space exploration capabilities.


 

Rocket Booster 'Chills Out' Before Final Test

Our team is bundling up to chill down the booster for the world's most powerful rocket, NASA's Space Launch System. Before this qualification test in a couple of weeks, discover why such extreme thermal tests are critical for successful human space exploration.


 

Watch the Skies Team Captures Pre-Dawn Arizona Fireball

Marshall's Watch the Skies Team, led by Dr. Bill Cooke, tracked a giant fireball over Arizona – its brightness at times rivaling the moon. NASA's Meteoroid Environment Office at Marshall tracks these wonders for you at here.
