"pullup" results in fast-forward effects with mkv files.

Hi there,

I just compiled the latest version (r31370) from SVN and found that
using "vf=pullup" in the config file will cause the video tracks in all
my mkv files to play much faster than usual. (The audio tracks are
playing at a nomral rate, though.) The same thing happens to mp4 and mov
files, but that can be solved by using "demuxer=mov". As for mkv files,
I tried using "demuxer=mkv" but in vain.

Without "vf=pullup", mkv files play just fine, regardless of whether
"demuxer=mkv" is present or not.

The following is the output of mplayer when it plays an mkv file.
