OK. But the question was about flash effect durring move of complicated 
object. It must be bad processing of interlaced frame region ( some TV 
must try to do 200Hz from interlaced 60 - I wonder if it isn't a Sony 
;PPPp ). And interlace in 24p material is from telecine (interpolating - 
primitive but used widely) to 60i
