This has been discussed a few days back, just search the list. The answer is that as things stand CoreVideo and GLX are incompatible, you have to disable either one of them (eg, compile with --disable-gl).

ps. out of interest, i have been trying to compare "-vo corevideo" and "-vo gl", and could not tell them apart. Only, for some reason I cannot explain GLX renders larger pixels (i mean, the same video has a larger area when played with -vo gl rather than -vo corevideo).
