I just tried this. The audiofiles do not differ if I change "-vo
yuv4mpeg:file:video.yuv" to "-vo null" by the way.
Unfortunately the resulting audiofile does not match with the videofile.
At the specific position audio and video is still out of sync.

Perhaps there is a possibility to extract the timestamps and include it
somehow within a container?
