[merged] mmap-einval-not-enomem-when-rejecting-vm_grows.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mmap: EINVAL not ENOMEM when rejecting VM_GROWS
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mmap-einval-not-enomem-when-rejecting-vm_grows.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Currently error is -ENOMEM when rejecting VM_GROWSDOWN|VM_GROWSUP
from shared anonymous: hoist the file case's -EINVAL up for both.
