Subject: um: os-linux/mem.c needs sys/stat.h
From: Liu Aleaxander <aleaxander@xxxxxxxxx>

The os-linux/mem.c file calls fchmod function, which is declared in sys/stat.h
header file, so include it. Fixes build breakage under FC13.
