[merged] misdn-fix-reversed-if-in-st_own_ctrl.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mISDN: fix reversed if in st_own_ctrl()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     misdn-fix-reversed-if-in-st_own_ctrl.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The current code probably returns -EINVAL a lot.  Otherwise it would oops.

Compile tested only.  Found by smatch (http://repo.or.cz/w/smatch.git).
