The patch titled
     toshiba_acpi-add-full-hotkey-support-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     toshiba_acpi-add-full-hotkey-support-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into toshiba_acpi-add-full-hotkey-support.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
