The patch titled bonding: fix zero address hole bug in arp_ip_target list has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is bonding-fix-zero-address-hole-bug-in-arp_ip_target-list.patch Before you just go and hit "reply", please: a) Consider who else should be cc'ed b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's *** Remember to use Documentation/SubmitChecklist when testing your code *** See http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/stuff/added-to-mm.txt to find out what to do about this The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/ ------------------------------------------------------ Subject: bonding: fix zero address hole bug in arp_ip_target list From: Brian Haley <brian.haley@xxxxxx> Fix a zero address hole bug in the bonding arp_ip_target list that was causing the bond to ignore ARP replies. Addresses http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13006 Instead of just setting the array entry to zero, we now copy any additional entries down one slot, putting the zero entry at the end. With this change we can now have all the loops that walk the array stop when they hit a zero since there will be no addresses after it.
