- io_ti-clean-up-termios-handling.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     io_ti: clean up termios handling
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     io_ti-clean-up-termios-handling.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Don't pass NULL into termios functions when calling them internally Remove
all the crap which then checks for NULL which can't occur now.

Clear CMSPAR as it is not supported.

Report the baud rate back to the caller properly (See FIXME someone with
the docs).
