has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
use-kmem_cache-macro-to-create-the-nsproxy-cache.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The blessed way for standard caches is to use it. Besides, this may give
this cache a better alignment.
