- cris-drivers-cdrom-kconfig-no-longer.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     cris: drivers/cdrom/Kconfig no longer exists
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cris-drivers-cdrom-kconfig-no-longer.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
