The patch titled
     r/o bind mounts: elevate write count over calls to vfs_rename()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     r-o-bind-mounts-elevate-write-count-over-calls-to-vfs_rename.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures
