- cleanup-include-linux-xattrh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     cleanup include/linux/xattr.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cleanup-include-linux-xattrh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
