The patch titled
     proc: remove useless (and buggy) ->nlink settings
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     proc-remove-useless-and-buggy-nlink-settings.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Bug: pnx8550 code creates directory but resets ->nlink to 1.

create_proc_entry() et al will correctly set ->nlink for you.
