[merged mm-stable] mm-swap-rename-cpu_fbatches-activate.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/swap: rename cpu_fbatches->activate
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-swap-rename-cpu_fbatches-activate.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Rename cpu_fbatches->activate to cpu_fbatches->lru_activate, and its
handler folio_activate_fn() to lru_activate() so that all the boilerplate
can be removed at the end of this series.
