[merged mm-nonmm-stable] lib-dump_stack-report-process-uid-in-dump_stack_print_info.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: lib/dump_stack: report process UID in dump_stack_print_info()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-dump_stack-report-process-uid-in-dump_stack_print_info.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

To make it easier to identify the crashing process, report effective UID
when dumping the stack.
