[merged mm-stable] lib-test_hmm-add-ioctl-to-get-zone-device-type.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: lib: test_hmm add ioctl to get zone device type
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-test_hmm-add-ioctl-to-get-zone-device-type.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Add new ioctl cmd to query zone device type.  This will be used once the
test_hmm adds zone device coherent type.
