The patch titled
     Subject: kernel.h: split out mathematical helpers fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernelh-split-out-mathematical-helpers-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kernelh-split-out-mathematical-helpers.patch
