[merged] mm-huge_memory-fix-can_split_huge_page-assumption-of-thp-size.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/huge_memory: fix can_split_huge_page assumption of THP size
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-huge_memory-fix-can_split_huge_page-assumption-of-thp-size.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Ask the page how many subpages it has instead of assuming it's PMD size.
