[merged] mm-huge_memory-fix-page_trans_huge_mapcount-assumption-of-thp-size.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/huge_memory: fix page_trans_huge_mapcount assumption of THP size
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-huge_memory-fix-page_trans_huge_mapcount-assumption-of-thp-size.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Ask the page what size it is instead of assuming it's PMD size.
