The patch titled
     Subject: mm: rename CONFIG_PGTABLE_MAPPING to CONFIG_ZSMALLOC_PGTABLE_MAPPING
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-rename-config_pgtable_mapping-to-config_zsmalloc_pgtable_mapping.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
