The patch titled
     Subject: mm: don't return the number of pages from map_kernel_range{,_noflush}
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-dont-return-the-number-of-pages-from-map_kernel_range_noflush.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

None of the callers needs the number of pages, and a 0 / -errno return
value is a lot more intuitive.
