[merged] s390-boot-rename-heap_size-due-to-name-collision.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: s390/boot: rename HEAP_SIZE due to name collision
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     s390-boot-rename-heap_size-due-to-name-collision.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
