The patch titled
     Subject: mm: factor out next_present_section_nr()
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     mm-factor-out-next_present_section_nr.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-factor-out-next_present_section_nr.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-factor-out-next_present_section_nr.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
      reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

*** Remember to use Documentation/process/submit-checklist.rst when testing your code ***

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated
there every 3-4 working days

Subject: mm: factor out next_present_section_nr()

Let's move it to the header and use the shorter variant from
mm/page_alloc.c (the original one will also check
"__highest_present_section_nr + 1", which is not necessary). While at it,
make the section_nr in next_pfn() const.

In next_pfn(), we now return section_nr_to_pfn(-1) instead of -1 once we
exceed __highest_present_section_nr, which doesn't make a difference i= n
the caller as it is big enough (>=3D all sane end_pfn).
