[merged] checkpatch-dont-interpret-stack-dumps-as-commit-ids.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: don't interpret stack dumps as commit IDs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-dont-interpret-stack-dumps-as-commit-ids.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: checkpatch: don't interpret stack dumps as commit IDs

Add more types of lines that appear to be stack dumps that also include
hex lines that might otherwise be interpreted as commit IDs.
