The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/base/memory.c: fixup documentation of removable/phys_index/block_size_bytes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-base-memoryc-fixup-documentation-of-removable-phys_index-block_size_bytes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
