The patch titled
Subject: mips: mm: add p?d_leaf() definitions
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     mips-mm-add-pd_leaf-definitions.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mips-mm-add-pd_leaf-definitions.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mips-mm-add-pd_leaf-definitions.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated
there every 3-4 working days

Subject: mips: mm: add p?d_leaf() definitions

walk_page_range() is going to be allowed to walk page tables other than
those of user space. For this it needs to know when it has reached a
'leaf' entry in the page tables. This information is provided by the
p?d_leaf() functions/macros.

For mips, we only support large pages on 64 bit.

For 64 bit if _PAGE_HUGE is defined we can simply look for it. When not
defined we can be confident that there are no leaf pages in existence and
fall back on the generic implementation (added in a later patch) which
returns 0.
