The patch titled
Subject: tools/testing/selftests/sysctl/sysctl.sh: load module before testing for it
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
test_sysctl-load-module-before-testing-for-it.patch
This patch should soon appear at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/test_sysctl-load-module-before-testing-for-it.patch
and later at
http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/test_sysctl-load-module-before-testing-for-it.patch

Subject: tools/testing/selftests/sysctl/sysctl.sh: load module before testing for it
Currently the test script checks for the existence of the sysctl test
module's directory path prior to loading it. We must first try to load
the module prior to checking for that path. This fixes the order for the
load / test.
