[merged] checkpatch-add-fix-for-concatenated_string-and-string_fragments.patch removed from -mm tree

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-add-fix-for-concatenated_string-and-string_fragments.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Add the ability to --fix these string issues.

e.g.:
	printk(KERN_INFO"bar" "baz"QUX);
converts to
	printk(KERN_INFO "barbaz" QUX);
