The patch titled

     swsusp: Make userland suspend work on SMP again

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     swsusp-add-ioctl-for-swap-files-support-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

suspend on SMP.  Fix it.
