The patch titled

     Fix the SNAPSHOT_SET_SWAP_AREA ioctl definition

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     swsusp-add-ioctl-for-swap-files-support-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into swsusp-add-ioctl-for-swap-files-support.patch
